These three creatures all star in the comic strip
"The Moonbugs". This comic strip is one of our favourite creative outlets on the site right now. Any creature I imagine of any shape, size, colour or type could be a Moonbug and have adventures. Just creating the funny little creatures is a lot of fun but it's even more fun to animate them.
This is a particularly low tech robot in this animation. He has a bike wheel to get around on and a tv antena on the top of his square grey head.
I particularly like his old fashioned horn for a nose and friendly expression in this animated gif.
This is caz and she has turned ot to be the star of our Moonbugs. As is often the way with the star of animations that are intended to be funny she doesn't have a lot of luck.
We are also working on some animated flash cards. Starting with this hippo.
This one is a little too small. Lets try again.
Now thats more like it. But it's a bit fast..
Just because of the size I made the initial owl this animation turned out to be huge. Several megabites, well you live and learn.
This next animation is a tiny little science fiction aninmation of two space ships zooming through space.
Again, like with the hippo animation I started out too small.
Now that's a better size for an animated gif, but it might be a little big.
